What is the difference between floor-standing digital signage and wall-mounted digital signage?
Floor-standing digital signage is an independent display unit with a base or optional wheels, so standard installation requires no wall construction. It is more flexible for entrances, retail aisles, lobbies, exhibitions and temporary promotions. Wall-mounted signage suits fixed installations where floor space is limited.
What screen sizes are available?
This series is available in 32", 43", 49", 55", 65", 75" and 85". The recommended size depends on viewing distance, content type, available floor space and installation environment — send us your layout and we will recommend the right size.
Is the display available in 4K resolution?
Yes. 4K UHD configurations are available. The 55-inch reference model (QM-5516GL) is listed with 3840 × 2160 resolution. Final resolution is confirmed based on the selected screen size and model.
Can the display be used for touch interaction?
Yes. Touch and non-touch configurations are available. Touch versions support up to 20-point infrared or PCAP touch, suitable for product catalogues, directories, self-service information, interactive wayfinding and showroom applications.
Can I manage multiple displays remotely?
Yes. Qtenboard CMS supports remote content upload, playlist creation, scheduling, device grouping and multi-location management from one platform, plus live content broadcasting, 5-second emergency push, playback logs and device monitoring.
Does the product support Android and Windows?
Yes. Android is available in multiple versions (9.0–16.0), while Windows (i5 / i7) can be configured for advanced applications, third-party software and complex interactive projects.
Can the display work without an internet connection?
Yes. Content can be updated through USB or TF card for standalone use. The display also supports offline playback mode — content is pre-loaded locally and plays automatically, then syncs with CMS when the network is restored.
Can I add 4G connectivity?
Optional 3G / 4G connectivity is available for projects without fixed network access. Before ordering, confirm the destination country, required mobile-network bands, SIM-card type and data-management plan.
Can the display be moved easily?
Yes. Optional lockable casters can be added for projects requiring mobility. For permanent high-traffic installations, floor anchoring or anti-tip measures may be recommended.
Can you add a QR scanner, NFC, camera or printer?
Yes. Optional peripherals include cameras, QR-code scanners, NFC / RFID modules, thermal printers and other project-specific components. Integration should be confirmed before quotation.
Can I customize the product with my own brand?
Yes. Qtenboard OEM / ODM services include logo printing, enclosure color, boot animation, Android launcher, CMS interface, user manuals, labels, packaging and hardware-interface customization. CKD and SKD supply modes are also supported.
Is this product suitable for 24/7 operation?
Yes. Qtenboard commercial configurations can be selected for 16/7, 18/7 or 24/7 project needs, with a 0°C–55°C operating range and fanless passive heat dissipation. Operating-hour requirements should be confirmed before quotation as they affect panel selection, cooling design and warranty terms.
Is the CMS an additional cost? Can I use a third-party CMS?
Qtenboard CMS is provided as part of the solution package, with both cloud-based and on-premises options. On-premises CMS is available for projects with data sovereignty requirements and complies with GDPR and HIPAA. For third-party CMS compatibility, Qtenboard displays run standard Android with root permission, allowing installation of compatible third-party CMS applications.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
Qtenboard offers a minimum 1–3 year warranty with local distributors for repair and replacement, spare parts support for bulk orders, remote technical support and system upgrades, and 24/7 online service with a multilingual sales team. Extended warranty options are available for large projects.
What are the lead times for samples and mass production?
Sample lead time is 7–15 days. Mass production standard lead time is under 14 days. For large orders or customized configurations, lead time is confirmed based on project scope and schedule. Qtenboard's daily capacity of 200+ units supports large-scale rollouts.
