IR touch or capacitive (PCAP) — which should I choose?

IR multi-touch is standard: cost-effective, glove-friendly and robust for 43"/50" public kiosks. PCAP capacitive gives glass-flush aesthetics and zero frame for premium lobbies. Both support 10-point gestures; we recommend IR for high-traffic halls and PCAP for flagship retail and luxury lobbies.

What does the 1–3 year warranty actually cover?

Warranty covers the panel, mainboard, power supply, touch film and enclosure under normal 24/7 commercial use. Faulty core parts are replaced free; we ship spare parts with your bulk order so on-site engineers can swap in minutes. An extended warranty and local-service-partner plan are available for multi-region deployments.

Do you support custom colors, logos and CKD / SKD assembly kits?

Yes — this is where Qtenboard started.
