The Qtenboard 9679 interactive whiteboard provides a Floating Toolbar (Quick Access Panel) for convenient operations, and a Server Connection interface for managing network-dependent features such as polling.
The Floating Toolbar is displayed by default.
To disable it, go to: Settings → Display → Turn off Floating Toolbar.
Home: Quickly return to the main screen from any interface.
PC / OPS: Directly launch the OPS signal source.
Adjust: Control device volume and brightness from any interface.
Back: Return to the previous screen or layer.
Move: Tap and drag to relocate the toolbar on the screen.
Customize: Tap or long-press the customize icon to manage toolbar menu functions.
Add/Remove Shortcuts:
Tap on small tools or applications to automatically add them to the toolbar menu.
Tap the top close button to remove shortcuts from the floating toolbar.
The Server Connection interface allows the device to connect to a backend server for features that require network access.
Tap the “Link” icon in the top-right corner to open the Server Connection interface.
When the device status shows “Not Connected”, certain features, such as the Polling/Voting Tool, only function properly on the local network (LAN).
Ensure a stable server connection for network-dependent applications to operate correctly.
