For Procurement & Channel Partners

SLA, certification verification, software lifecycle, deployment compatibility, and channel terms — the decision-grade information that follows the technical evaluation.

This section is written for distributors, system integrators, project buyers, and education or government tender teams. It does not repeat product specifications. It states what we commit to, how you verify it, what it costs, and who carries the risk.

Warranty & Service Level Commitments

What we guarantee, how fast we respond, where spare parts sit, and who pays for after-sales.

B1. Warranty Tiers

  • Standard warranty: 1 year, globally uniform across all product lines and regions.
  • Extended warranty: 3-year and 5-year options, available upon customer or project request with an additional cost.
  • Extended warranty is not included by default. It must be confirmed at the quotation stage.
Warranty start date: To be confirmed internally and stated here (shipment date / arrival date / project acceptance date by agreement). Integrators need this to calculate warranty coverage windows during tendering.

B2. RMA Response Time

Guaranteed commitment
Within 12 hours
Typical actual performance
Within 4 hours

These two figures are stated separately on purpose. The 12-hour figure is the contractual floor; the 4-hour figure is current observed performance. Procurement teams should treat 12 hours as the commitment.

Four reporting channels:

  1. Your assigned sales contact
  2. Website contact form
  3. Official email
  4. Official phone line — operators support English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

B3. Spare Parts & Regional Hubs

  • Spare parts are dispatched within 7 days after the fault is confirmed.
Spare Parts Hub Covers
Xinjiang, ChinaCentral Asia
Thâm quyến, Trung QuốcAfrica, Southeast Asia
Shanghai, ChinaJapan, Korea, Europe, Americas
Ceará, BrazilLatin America, Europe, Americas

B4. On-Site Support Policy

  • Default: remote service only, in all regions.
  • Exception: upon customer request, our engineers — accompanied by interpreters — can fly to any location worldwide, arranged per project.
  • Policy stated plainly: remote by default, on-site upon request.

B5. After-Sales Cost Ownership

  • Qtenboard bears the after-sales cost for genuine Qtenboard units.
  • This applies whether the request comes from the end user or from the end user's customer.
  • Condition retained: this commitment applies to genuine Qtenboard units only.
  • For distributors: after-sales cost exposure is effectively eliminated.

B6. SLA Summary Table

Certifications & Compliance Verification

Certificates are only useful to a buyer if they can be checked. This section lists what we hold and how to verify it.

C1. Certification Inventory

  • Platform certification: Google EDLA.
  • Tuân thủ khu vực: CE, FCC, RoHS.
  • Energy and environment: ENERGY STAR, EPEAT
  • Information security: GDPR, ISO 27001

Software Lifecycle & DMS Licensing

Education and government buyers plan in 3-to-5-year cycles. Software support commitments must match that horizon.

D1. Android Version Upgrade Commitment

  • Current platform: Android 14, 15, 16

D2. Security Patch Cadence

  • Patch frequency (e.g., quarterly or monthly).
  • Duration of continued security support.

D3. DMS Device Management Licensing

  • Is DMS free of charge? No — DMS is a paid option.
  • Are there device-count limits? No. There is no cap on the number of devices.
  • Is a subscription required, and what is the fee structure? No subscription. It is a one-time purchase with lifetime use.
  • How does a buyer access the DMS dashboard? Log in at https://dms.qtenboard.com/ using the account credentials we provide.

Deployment & Integration

What the IT and installation teams need before the units arrive.

E1. Network & Bandwidth Requirements

Wireless casting (Screen Cast):

  • Wi-Fi standard: IEEE 802.11ac/n, dual-band 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz.
  • Wireless link speed: up to 867 Mbps.
  • Typical latency: below 100 ms.
  • Stable operation within 15 m line-of-sight, without obstruction.
  • Casting can run in AP hotspot mode (panel creates its own Wi-Fi), so it does not require external internet access for basic screen sharing.
  • Lên đến 9 devices can be connected to the same panel simultaneously.
  • Connection requires PIN or QR code pairing — a device on the same network cannot join without authorization.
  • Casting sessions stay on the local network; they do not route through an external cloud service.
DMS remote management and cloud collaboration network requirements: To be confirmed by Qtenboard IT. Enterprise buyers planning VLAN segmentation and firewall rules should request a network deployment guide from their sales contact before installation.

E2. UC Platform Status — Compatible vs. Certified

Qtenboard panels are described as compatible with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Google Meet, including operation in Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms deployments.

Critical distinction for integrators: “Compatible” means a laptop running Zoom or Teams can connect via HDMI or USB. “Certified” means the display has been validated by Zoom or Microsoft as a managed room endpoint, enabling one-touch join, native room scheduling, and platform admin console monitoring.

E3. Installation Specifications

The following figures are typical values from available Qtenboard product data. Exact VESA pattern and net weight vary by model and panel generation — confirm against the spec sheet for the specific SKU before ordering mounts or preparing site quotes.

Kích thước VESA Pattern (Typical) Net Weight (Approx.)
65"400 × 400 mm40–45 kg
75"400 × 600 mm (confirmed on V100-A model: 4×M8 screw) 50 kg ±1.5 kg
86"600 × 400 mm (some models 800 × 400 or 800 × 600) 55–65 kg

Recommended installation height: not published in available materials. Integrators should follow standard ergonomic guidelines for the deployment scenario (education vs. corporate) and confirm with Qtenboard if a specific mounting height is required for warranty or touch calibration purposes.

For procurement: These figures feed directly into installation quotes and site preparation. Request the full mechanical drawing package (including wall-mount load ratings) from your Qtenboard sales contact for the exact model being tendered.

Tổng chi phí sở hữu

Numbers a buyer can put into a purchase requisition — not adjectives.

F1. Five-Year Comparison Against Projection

  • Maintenance labor: Interactive flat panels have no lamps, no filters, and no moving optical components. Compared with projection, the routine maintenance labor (lamp replacement, filter cleaning, focus adjustment) is eliminated. Estimated hours saved depend on projector type and usage intensity; a typical corporate meeting room saves 2–4 hours per year, while a high-use classroom may save 4–8 hours per year.
  • Consumables eliminated: No projection lamps (typically $200–$500 per replacement, every 1–3 years depending on usage). No filters. No color wheel or other moving parts.

F2. Energy Consumption

Typical power draw (panel only, excluding OPS module):

  • 75" V100-A model: ≤ 320 W
  • Other sizes: to be confirmed against the specific model’s datasheet.

Estimated annual electricity cost — calculation template:

  • Formula: (Power draw in kW) × (Hours used per day) × (Days used per year) × (Electricity rate per kWh) = Annual cost.
  • Example for a 75" panel at 320 W, used 6 hours/day, 250 days/year, at $0.15/kWh: 0.32 × 6 × 250 × 0.15 = $72 per year.
  • Buyers should substitute their local electricity rate and actual usage profile.

F3. Spare Parts Cycle & Cost Range

  • Infrared touch frame replacement: No public reference cost is available from Qtenboard at this time. Buyers should request a spare parts price list and recommended replacement interval from the after-sales team for budgeting purposes.
  • General spare parts: Dispatched within 7 days of fault confirmation (see Section B3). Cost is borne by Qtenboard for genuine units under warranty (see Section B5).
For Qtenboard internal completion: The infrared touch frame maintenance cost range is required for this section to be usable in procurement budgeting. Please provide a reference range (parts only, and parts + labor) from the after-sales team.

F4. TCO Summary Table

Structured for direct completion by the buyer:

Cost Component Year 0 (Purchase) Years 1–5 (Operating) Ghi chú
Initial purchase________—Panel + OPS (if required) + mount
Extended warranty (optional)________—3 or 5 year option, quoted separately
Installation labor________—Based on VESA/weight data in E3
Năng lượng—________Use formula in F2
Spare parts (if not covered)—________Request price list from Qtenboard
Maintenance labor—________Projector comparison: 2–8 hrs/year saved
Total TCO________________Sum of above

Channel Program & Commercial Terms

The commercial questions distributors ask before they ask about price.

G1. Channel Policy Entry Points

  • Moq: Minimum order quantities start from 1 chiếc for standard models, based on available product listing data . MOQ may vary by model, configuration, and whether the order is stock or OEM/ODM. Confirm the exact MOQ for your target SKU with Qtenboard sales before quoting to your customer.
  • Tiered pricing: Volume-based pricing tiers are available. The specific thresholds and discount levels are quoted per opportunity and per region — request a formal quotation for your project volume.
  • OEM / ODM: Minimum order quantity and customization lead time vary by scope (logo, packaging, firmware, hardware configuration). Qtenboard operates two self-owned factories in Shenzhen and Guangzhou and supports OEM/ODM/CKD/SKD models. Contact sales for the OEM program terms.
  • Regional exclusivity: Exclusivity arrangements are considered on a project-by-project and region-by-region basis. Distributors should raise this requirement at the channel onboarding stage. No blanket exclusivity policy is published.

G2. Distributor Support

  • Training: Product training and technical certification support are available for channel partners. Request the training program outline from your regional sales manager.
  • Demo unit policy: Demo units are available for qualified distributors and integrators. Terms (purchase, loan, or discount) are negotiated per partner. Contact sales for the current demo program.
  • Marketing collateral: Product datasheets, spec sheets, and case study materials are provided to channel partners. Customized collateral for tenders can be requested through sales.
  • After-sales cost exposure: As stated in Section B5, Qtenboard bears after-sales cost for genuine units, regardless of whether the request comes from the end user or the end user’s customer. Distributors do not carry the RMA cost burden for genuine products.

Reference Projects & Verification

Case studies earn trust when the buyer can size them and, where possible, contact them.

H1. Case Study Upgrade

Thailand classroom deployment:

  • Project scale (unit count, room count): 350pcs.
  • Deployment scenario: education / classroom.
  • Duration in service: 5 years.
  • Reference contact: available under NDA upon request.

Uzbekistan deployment:

  • Project scale (unit count, room count): 207pcs
  • Deployment scenario: classroom.
  • Duration in service: 3 years.
  • Reference contact: available under NDA upon request.
For Qtenboard internal completion: Both cases require unit count, room count, deployment scenario, and months in service before they can be used as verifiable references in a procurement context. “NDA available” is meaningless to a buyer without the scale figure.

H2. Case-to-Commitment Mapping

For each reference case, the following should be stated alongside it:

  • Certifications involved: e.g., CE, RoHS, Google EDLA, local market certifications.
  • Deployment region: determines which spare parts hub covers the site (see Section B3).
  • Covering spare parts hub: e.g., Thailand → Shenzhen hub; Uzbekistan → Xinjiang hub.
  • SLA applied: warranty tier selected (1/3/5 year), response time observed.

This mapping lets a procurement team see not just “we deployed there,” but “we deployed there, under this SLA, with this parts logistics, and this is who to contact.”
